We experienced a major drainage backup. I chose BP Plumbing for three reasons: 1. sole proprietorship 2. Excellent reviews 3. Better Business bureau A+ accreditation. As noted in their online reviews, my call at around 8:15AM, was immediately answered by the owner Bryan. He stated that they were tied up with a sewer related job and he would call back that evening. I told my wife if the call back did not materialize I would search elsewhere. I was pleasantly surprised to hear from Bryan about two hours after my initial contact. He stated that they could be at our house by 2:00PM that same day. His team of two arrived at 1:15PM! They introduced themselves with a smile, lined the floor with a protective covering and bounded into the basement. After I completed one sentence explaining what I noticed about the back up they attacked the problem. It was like watching Delta Force or the Navy Seals in action. Within an hour my lateral was scoped and thoroughly cleaned all the way to the street. I was shown video proof that the cast iron water line was intact but just needed a thorough cleaning. Their customer service, knowledge, speed, efficiency and attention to detail in dealing with this plumbing emergency was amazing! Finally, I found the price to be very reasonable! Thank you......so much!!!

Called BP Plumbing regarding my problem. Bryan came out the same morning, inspected, repaired and cleaned everything up in no time. This guy is professional, honest and extremely fair. Bryan is my new and only plumber for here on out. Highly recommend!

Basement toilet was backing up. I called and Bryan answered with a simple "Hello this is Bryan". No, call waiting, no phone tree to navigate. I explained the situation to him, he stated what the likely issue was. He said his team could be out to my home later that day. 3 hours later, Bryan called saying the crew was on the way. The two guys knew the issue in advance and I gave them a quick explanation. They worked like a team of firefighters opening up the cleanouts and locating the clog. Cleared it out and made sure the entire line to the street was good to go. Impressive to watch. Call BP, you wont be disappointed.

The BP Plumbing team replaced my 16 yr old water heater and removed the old one in 40 minutes. Fast, professional, courteous. There aren't enough stars for my rating!!!

I had Bryan recently install a new frostproof hose bib as well as had him take out an old concrete laundry sink and replace with a new single basin wall-mounted plastic one. Brian's work was fantastic and he had a great attention to detail. He showed up early and was done in about 2 hours which is incredibly fast (especially considering how heavy and cumbersome those old concrete utility sinks can be!). I have also used him for a number of jobs in the past and the work has been just as exceptional. I would highly recommend using him!
